The 30-second version

The walkable first evening is Reguliersdwarsstraat: Soho, Exit Café, Bar Blend, Blend XL, and Montmartre XL. Then choose a second outing. Zeedijk has The Queen's Head and Café 't Mandje. Warmoesstraat has Eagle Amsterdam. Prik on Spuistraat, Spijker on Kerkstraat, Lellebel on Utrechtsestraat, Bar Buka in De Pijp, and De Trut in Oud-West are separate stops. IHLIA is inside the Oosterdok library. The Homomonument is at Westermarkt. Club RAUM is in Westpoort, not a walk from the center.

How the scene fits together

Amsterdam in this guide is a set of clusters, not one district you can walk in a night. Reguliersdwarsstraat is the easiest start. Club NYX shares a door number with Exit and does not call itself a gay club, so it is not listed. OpenStreetMap still names number 48 as B'Femme; Bar Blend's site places Montmartre XL there. Café Saarein describes itself as a queer café for women and the wider community, but the fetched page had no street, so it is not mapped.

Bars with a specific door

Prik is a cocktail bar on Spuistraat. Spijker, on Kerkstraat since 1978, is men-only on Naked Tuesday. Lellebel is a queer bar near Rembrandtplein and does not print standing hours. Bar Buka, on Albert Cuypstraat, says about 95 percent of guests are women and that everyone is welcome. Eagle's regular hours are a men-only fetish night, with other theme nights on the calendar. De Trut is a benefit party, not a bar you can walk into on a weeknight.

Culture and the monument

IHLIA's exhibitions and book department are free and follow the public library's hours. The information desk is by appointment on weekdays. The Homomonument is outdoors at Westermarkt. Club RAUM programmes events at Humberweg 3.

Pride and the calendar

Pride Amsterdam's next published window is 31 July–8 August 2027, with the Canal Parade on Saturday 7 August 2027 from 12:00 to 18:00. Leather & Fetish Pride Netherlands is 15–19 October 2026. Roze Filmdagen's next edition is 10–21 March 2027; the 2027 cinema was not on the homepage. Milkshake's 25–26 July 2026 weekend at Westerpark is over, and 2027 dates were not published. Buy only from the organiser.

Before you go

Amsterdam uses Europe/Amsterdam. Soho's site prints both a late close and "03:00 PM" on some lines, so confirm that close. Blend XL and Montmartre XL did not print every weekday. Bar Buka prints Thursday–Sunday hours on its site (Sunday selected dates); confirm Instagram before you go. Lellebel, De Trut, and Club RAUM do not have a simple weekly grid. Night trams, the night bus, and taxis are the realistic way between De Pijp, Oud-West, and the center after midnight.
